Content policy

The button points real people at a real destination. Anything that endangers or deceives them is removed.

Not allowed

• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting or drive-by downloads.
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence.
• Scams, fraudulent offers, deceptive claims or impersonation.
• Illegal goods and services, or content unlawful in the United States.
• Link shorteners, cloaking, or redirect chains that hide the final destination.

Enforcement

Moderators can remove an owner at any time. Removal for a violation forfeits the bid and no refund is issued.

Removal takes effect immediately: the entry is suspended, its outbound link stops resolving and the button stops showing it. Control falls back automatically to the most recent previous owner from the same day who is still eligible and not suspended. If no such owner exists, the button shows the neutral unclaimed state at the $1.00 opening price until someone bids. Every removal, fallback and reinstatement is written to the moderation audit log.

Reporting

Anyone can report the current owner from the homepage. Reports are reviewed by human moderators. Malicious or automated reporting may be rate limited.
