Rules

Rounds

• A round runs 12:00:00 AM – 11:59:59 PM America/New_York.
• Each new day resets the active price to $1.00 USD.
• The last owner standing at midnight ET is that day's champion, recorded permanently.

Bidding

• Minimum next bid = current active bid × 1.05, rounded up to the next cent.
• Bids are in USD and are charged immediately at checkout.
• Ownership transfers the instant payment is confirmed.

Refunds

• Outbid mid-payment: if a qualifying bid activates before your payment confirms, your bid never activates and is refunded in full automatically.
• Stale payments: payments confirmed after the round ends or after the minimum has moved past your amount are refunded in full.
• Removed content: ownership removed for a content-policy violation is not refunded. Removal immediately disables the outbound link and hands control back to the most recent previous eligible owner of the same day, or leaves the button unclaimed.
• Timing: refunds are requested from Stripe immediately. When the money appears is decided by Stripe and your card issuer or bank — we do not promise a fixed number of business days.
• Otherwise, all sales are final — being outbid after activation is the game.

Content

• Destination URLs must use HTTPS and must not be link shorteners or redirect chains.
• Company name max 60 characters, message max 40 characters, logo max 200KB.
• Moderators may remove any owner that breaks the content policy.

Fair play

• Click counts are rate limited and de-duplicated; automated clicks are not counted.
• Attempts to manipulate counts or the auction may result in removal without refund.
